GRAVESTEP

Step over death. GRAVESTEP is a punishing 2D action game that takes you through 15 different worlds and countless traps. You only move left and right and jump. You can jump once more in mid-air, and a short press gives a low jump while a long press gives a high one.

An orchard, an abandoned mine, floating islands, aqueduct ruins, a clock factory, a gravity lab, a library, a crumbling highway, underground sewers, an astronomical circuit, an icy ridge, a graveyard, a mirror palace, a storm railway, and finally the castle at the end. Each stage is a long course with its own terrain, and the gimmicks change from stage to stage.

Yellow flags along the way save automatically. When you fail, you can retry immediately from the last flag. Clearing a stage unlocks the next one, and your death count and time are recorded. There is also a practice mode at 75% speed (records are kept separately).
